ABCO Expertise + Resources (“AER”), a division of ABCO Refrigeration Supply Corp. a/k/a ABCO HVACR Supply + Solutions (collectively, “ABCO Entities”), provides support services to engineers and architects. The ABCO Entities are not licensed professional engineering or architectural firms and do not provide professional engineering or architectural services.

Any information provided by the ABCO Entities: (1) is not a substitute for a licensed professional engineer’s evaluation and determination required for any particular project or application; (2) is not intended for construction; (3) is not to scale; and (4) may not meet Federal, State or local building codes, ordinances, or regulations in any jurisdiction. Information provided by the ABCO Entities is intended solely for convenience and the review and approval of the architect and/or professional engineer of record.

All work involving information or services provided by the ABCO Entities must be performed in accordance with applicable: (1) building code requirements; (2) construction documents; (3) “Field Use” drawings; (4) site conditions for the specific project; and (5) all other applicable rules, codes, ordinances, regulations, documents, conditions and guidelines, none of which is displaced or superseded by information provided by the ABCO Entities.

The ABCO Entities make no representations, warranties or guarantees with regard to the information or services provided by the ABCO Entities and expressly disclaim all liability for damages of any kind arising out of the use, performance of, reference to, or reliance on the information or services provided.
